Want to use your health insurance for therapy at Wellspring?

Here’s what to do.

In-Network Options

Wellspring is “in network” with CalViva from Health Net of California.

Not sure if your plan qualifies? Check whether your insurance card looks like the one pictured below. If you’re still not sure, our team is happy to help verify your coverage before you start therapy!

Out-of-Network Options

If Wellspring is “out of network” with your health insurance plan, you have two options.

1.) Ask Insurance to Reimburse You

  • Call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask whether your plan covers out-of-network psychotherapy services.

  • If they do, we’ll send you what’s called a “superbill” — a document you can share with the insurance company to ask for reimbursement later.

2.) Pay Privately

  • Under the No Surprises Act, Wellspring will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate before you start therapy, so that you understand the costs of your specific treatment plan. Costs vary depending on the services requested and the duration of treatment.

  • We conveniently accept all major debit and credit cards.
